- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and channel partners.
- Increase numeric and weighted distribution across General Trade and Modern Trade (if applicable).
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.
- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers/Sales Representatives.
- Execute company sales and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop territory-wise business plans to increase market share.
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and MIS.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
