Area Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee branch operations, business growth, team performance, and customer service across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, experience in financial services or NBFC operations, and a proven track record in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple branches within the assigned area.
• Drive business growth by achieving revenue, gold loan, and cross-selling targets.
• Monitor branch productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor branch teams to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
• Develop local market strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Coordinate with regional and head office teams for smooth business operations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure proper risk management and portfolio quality across branches.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in team handling / area management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage targets, operations, and people effectively.
• Good understanding of branch operations, compliance, and sales management.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
