AREA MANAGER

About the role

This role combines sales leadership, technical expertise, and business development responsibilities. You will develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and market share targets, while managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closing. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and provide technical consultation on industrial machinery and system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and market share targets
• Generate pipeline and manage entire sales cycle from leads to closing the project
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with engineering and management
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and territory reports
• Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable industrial machinery and system solutions

About you

• Graduate of any business or related course
• Proven sales experience in managerial position for 3-5 years
• Must be based in Cagayan de Oro
• Must have knowledge of Vismin territory
