Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple store operations and lead teams effectively. If you have strong leadership skills and experience in the food & beverage industry, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple store/restaurant branches
• Monitor sales performance and operational standards
• Ensure excellent customer service across assigned branches
• Support and guide Restaurant Managers and Supervisors
• Conduct store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
• Monitor manpower, inventory, and overall branch operations
• Help achieve company sales and operational goals
• Assist in staff development and training programs

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Customer-service oriented and results-driven
• With good communication and problem-solving skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel and handle multiple branches
