Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned region.
- Achieve sales, profitability and key retail KPIs.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, VM and customer service standards.
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Monitor inventory, manpower productivity and operational costs.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, VM, Marketing and other support functions.
- Analyze competition, market trends and business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in fashion retail operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Area Manager level.
- Experience with premium / upper-premium retail brands preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and multi-store operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
