Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across assigned properties
• Lead and develop hostel, front desk & housekeeping teams
• Drive occupancy, ADR & revenue growth
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
• Conduct quality, safety & compliance audits
• Manage budgets and control operational costs
• Build strong relationships with property owners, vendors & local stakeholders
• Travel regularly across assigned properties

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably hostels/accommodation
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in revenue growth & operational excellence
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with local language- Kannada
