Job Summary

Foodee Global Concepts is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining company standards across all assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple store branches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all locations.

2. Sales & Business Performance

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales, labor, and operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve store performance.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and local store initiatives.

3. Leadership & People Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers, Supervisors, and Shift Leaders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained across all branches.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and stock variances.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to financial control procedures.
• Manage labor costs, operating expenses, and overall store profitability.
• Promote cost-efficient practices without compromising quality or service.

6. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Prepare and submit accurate operational and performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other support departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Participate in business reviews and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit operations within the restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple store locations and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• Willing to travel frequently and manage multiple store locations.
