- Identifying and onboarding new retail partner opportunities
- Delivering product training and support to dealer staff
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Reviewing portfolio performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Monitoring risk, compliance and portfolio quality measures
- Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and partner feedback
- Managing your territory with disciplined planning and prioritisation
About you
You'll be a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys being out in the market and creating win-win outcomes for partners and customers.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience in field sales, account management or partner relationship management
- A track record of growing customer, dealer or partner portfolios
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to identify opportunities and translate them into results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
