Area Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and drive the operations of multiple MINISO stores within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations and performance of multiple MINISO stores within the assigned area.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to support store initiatives and promotions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [3] years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in a multi-unit environment.
