Area Manager (ผู้จัดการเขตร้านชานม)

Multi-Store Operations Management

• Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned stores, ensuring adherence to Mollytea’s standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Conduct regular store visits to provide operational feedback, guidance, and hands-on support to Store Managers.
• Monitor and review sales performance, labor planning, stock management, and cost control across all assigned branches.

Sales Performance & Business Growth

• Drive sales and profitability by working closely with Store Managers to implement local marketing campaigns, promotions, and up-selling strategies.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs, identifying gaps and proposing actionable improvement plans.
• Set and monitor sales targets in collaboration with Area Manager and support store teams in achieving them.

Team Development & People Management

• Coach, guide, and support Store Managers and their teams to improve team engagement and operational capability.
• Assist HR in performance evaluations, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development initiatives.
• Support training, on-boarding, and cross-store staffing activities when necessary.

Customer Service & Brand Standards

• Ensure excellent customer experience by monitoring service quality, product consistency, cleanliness, and store ambiance.
• Work with QSC and Training teams to follow up on store audits and implement corrective actions when required.
• Address and resolve serious customer issues escalated from branches in a timely and professional manner.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Collaborate with relevant departments (Supply Chain, Marketing, Training, IT, and HR) to ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Area Manager on branch performance, challenges, and action plans.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements and strategic planning.

Work Planning, Communication & Accountability

• Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to urgent situations effectively.

• Excellent communication, coordination, accountability, and follow-up skills to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.

Inventory & P&L Management

• Manage and control inventory, stock, waste, and COGS in line with sales and store requirements.
• Analyze sales, costs, and basic P&L to identify issues and support sales growth and cost control.
