Area Manager

Job Summary:

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned Gasoline stations in the South Area, ensuring efficient station management, achievement of sales targets, compliance with company policies and SOPs, and proper supervision of station personnel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee and monitor the daily operations and performance of all assigned stations.

2. Ensure that stations meet their sales targets and operational standards.

3. Monitor fuel inventory, sales reports, cash management, and product variances.

4. Conduct regular station visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

5. Supervise and evaluate the performance of Station Supervisors and other station personnel.

6. Ensure proper implementation of company policies, safety standards, and customer service procedures.

7. Investigate and report operational irregularities, cash shortages, inventory variances, and other incidents.

8. Prepare and submit accurate sales, operational, and accomplishment reports to the immediate head.

9. Identify operational problems and recommend appropriate solutions to improve station performance.

10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field; preferably.

2. At least 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the petroleum or fuel industry.

3. With experience in supervising multiple branches or stations is an advantage.

4. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Knowledgeable in sales monitoring, inventory control, and basic financial reporting.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

7. Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to assigned stations in the South Area.

8. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.

9. Honest, responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

10. Knows how to drive four (4) wheels and with VALID Driver’s License

11. With work schedule during Saturday.
