Sheegog Contracting is growing in Orlando and across Central Florida, and we're looking for proven sales professionals ready to run appointments, close retail deals, and lead a team of their own.

Central Florida homes take a beating from the sun, heat, and storm season, and homeowners need help. We offer roofing, windows, painting, and stucco, which means more ways to close, bigger tickets, and more opportunity in every home you walk into. If you can sell and lead, we'll give you the leads, the systems, and the backing to build something big.

What You'll Do

• Run confirmed appointments across Orlando and the surrounding area
• Close retail roofing, window, painting, and stucco projects
• Spot every opportunity in the home and build larger, multi product proposals
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team of setters and reps
• Hold your team accountable to daily activity and production goals

You're the Right Fit If You

• Have a track record closing in home improvement, roofing, windows, solar, or any in home sales
• Have managed or trained a sales team (or are ready to)
• Are comfortable presenting value and closing on the first visit
• Want income tied to results, not a salary ceiling

Requirements

• Proven retail or in home sales experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with windows, exteriors, or financing is a big plus

Pay: $97,456.00 - $258,765.00 per year
