Area Supervisor – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years relevant experience in automotive, retail, or multi-site operations
• Willing to do fieldwork and frequent store visits
• With technical knowledge of cars and automotive services
• Strong sales, coordination, and basic reporting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to be assigned in Metro North

Area Supervisor – Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Operations

• Supports achievement of sales and income targets of assigned stores
• Monitors daily sales, inventory levels, and basic expenses
• Consolidates and submits daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Assists Store Managers in executing monthly plans and promotions
• Conducts regular store visits and submits visit reports

Customer Satisfaction

• Ensures compliance with Rapide service and inspection standards
• Handles and escalates customer complaints as needed
• Ensures quality workmanship, service accuracy, and shop cleanliness

People & Leadership

• Supervises Store Managers and shop personnel in assigned stores
• Ensures company policies and procedures are followed
• Conducts coaching and on-the-job guidance during store visits
• Reports performance issues and operational concerns to Area/Operations Manager

Reporting & Compliance

• Submits required operational, sales, and audit reports on time
• Monitors store compliance on branding, layout, and safety standards
• Supports store openings, promotions, and special operational activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
