Area Manager

We are a leading luxury beauty company in Portugal, specialising in the distribution and retail of exclusive cult brands, signature fragrances, niche cosmetics and premium beauty treatments. Our mission is to create a distinctive and highly curated beauty universe, bringing together innovation, expertise and the most exceptional brands in the industry.

We are looking for an Area Manager to coordinate all points of sale and the team.

Responsabilities

• Efficiently manage and supervise store staff to ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks.
• Ensure the staff is thoroughly informed about the company's marketing plan and oversee its flawless execution.
• Supervise and optimize workforce schedules for each establishment, aligning them with the store's specific requirements.
• Address inquiries and complaints from sales staff, providing suitable recommendations for effective solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
• Enhance both external and internal communication channels, fostering effective communication between different points of sales and within each store.
• Strategize and implement Isolée Group procedures.
• Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and support to store staff.
• Maintain an optimal stock balance by coordinating deliveries, conducting product inventory checks, and effectively planning stock replenishment.

Profile

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Based in Lisboa.
• C1 level of English and Spanish wil be a must
• Experience managing people
• Knowledge ERP, Microsoft package

Salary expectation: 35.000€ gross anua l
