Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of all assigned branches or locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, operational, and financial targets.
• Monitor branch sales performance, expenses, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate branch managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure proper staffing and manpower allocation across assigned locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and proper stock handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, food safety standards, and government regulations when applicable.
• Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales and operational reports and develop action plans for areas needing improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Warehouse to resolve operational concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, marketing programs, and company initiatives.
• Monitor branch cleanliness, safety, security, and overall store presentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular meetings with branch managers and provide updates to senior management.
• Prepare and submit regular area performance reports.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or any related course.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail, sales, operations, or branch management.
• Preferably with experience managing multiple branches or locations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales and operational management.
• Ability to analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field/store visits.
• Willing to be assigned to different locations within the designated area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Preferably with a valid driver's license for field assignments.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
