Role & responsibilities
Lead and supervise Branch Managers and Loan Officers across assigned branches.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve loan disbursement targets, portfolio quality, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with microfinance regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Monitor loan portfolio performance, repayments, delinquency rates, and collections.
Train and support Branch Managers and Loan Officers on loan products, policies, and customer service.
Conduct regular branch performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, partner organizations, and community leaders.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
Required Qualification
- Graduation or Post-Graduation.
