💰 $67,000 – $90,000 base salary + performance bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead site supervisors and front-line teams across multiple client locations
• Run regular site inspections and track performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Keep operations safe and compliant with OSHA and regulatory standards
• Act as the go-to contact for clients, resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Manage scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and site budgets
• Coach and develop your team through training, feedback, and performance reviews
• Identify and implement process improvements that raise service quality

What You Bring

• Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or janitorial services; multi-site experience is a big plus
• A proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Strong client-facing communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfort with scheduling, budgeting, KPIs, and service-level agreements
• Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• Ability to travel between sites across the NYC Metro Area
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, or a related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $67,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skills
• Performance bonus: tied to site quality, client retention, and operational results
