Area Manager

About the Role

You’ve built teams people stay on and clinics that hit their numbers without losing the human side of care. As Area Manager, you’ll lead the performance and operations of multiple Manor clinics, with the tools, support, and leadership access to do it well.

Pay and Benefits

• $75,000 – $85,000 base salary, plus bonus and commission eligibility

• Real scope: help lead new location openings, turnarounds, and market initiatives as Manor grows
• Direct partnership with corporate teams, plus Zenoti, LIINE, and enterprise reporting so you spend your time leading, not chasing data

Responsibilities

• Own revenue to goal across your clinics, tracking rebooking rate, average ticket, visit volume, and revenue to goal
• Partner with Practice Managers to improve patient retention, conversion, and spend
• Lead regular performance reviews at each location and coach to leading and lagging indicators
• Maintain consistent operating, brand, and patient experience standards, with regular audits for quality, safety, and compliance
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and inventory across your portfolio
• Coach, develop, and retain clinic leaders through 1:1s and development planning
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training, and identify high-potential team members
• Resolve escalated non-clinical patient concerns promptly and professionally
• Serve as the link between your clinics and corporate teams, and help lead new openings, turnarounds, and system rollouts

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar multi-unit leader in medspa, aesthetics, healthcare, or another service industry
• Track record of growing revenue and improving operations across multiple locations
• P&L management experience and the ability to turn KPI dashboards into decisions
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Zenoti experience; bachelor’s degree
• Physical requirements: extended sitting, standing, and walking; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
