Area Manager

Job Description – Area Sales Manager (Retail) for Maharashtra and Gujarat regions

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, improve store productivity, and monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Footfall.
• Lead Multi-Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple stores, ensuring adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and inventory controls.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train and motivate Store Managers and Store Associates to build high-performing teams and improve employee engagement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, handle escalations, and build a customer-centric culture across all stores.
• Business & Inventory Management: Analyze sales reports, monitor inventory levels, reduce stock ageing, plan promotions, and implement action plans to improve business performance.

Preferred Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Retail Sales Operations, with at least 2–3 years in handling Area Manager role
• Experience in preferred in FMCG sector or Fashion, Apparel, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Beauty, Footwear, or Consumer Retail .
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹625,000.00 per year
