AREA MANAGER for N. LUZON

About the role

Primarily responsible for generating sales in the assigned area of responsibility through effective implementation of sales and marketing programs and strategies to achieve desired market share.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake regular account coverage and customer servicing by way of personal visits and other acceptable channels
• Proactively promote company products and constantly seek new business opportunities
• Develop sales plans for the assigned area in order to achieve agreed sales and area development targets
• Plan, prepare and coordinate logistical requirements for seminars and conferences conducted for target customers
• Follow up on leads generated from sales activities
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables to ensure business viability of the assigned area of responsibility
• Monitor area performance and undertake regular analysis of performance against targets
• Recommend and implement appropriate measures to ensure consistent high level of productivity

About you

• Graduate of any four-year course; a degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine is an advantage
• Minimum one (1) year selling experience in the same field is required
• Highly motivated, driven and can work with minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate; knowledge on basic applications is required
• Must have a valid driver's license
