Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor teams across multiple branches/units.
• Drive sales, revenue, and operational targets across the assigned area.
• Review business and sales data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Visit branches regularly to monitor performance and daily operations.
• Ensure branches follow company SOPs, standards, and service quality.
• Develop team performance through coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve area performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management.
• Experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches/units and leading teams.
• Strong in achieving sales and business targets.
• Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using business and sales data to make decisions.
• Experience in education, retail, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, or other multi-unit businesses is a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly across the assigned area.
