Area Manager Makassar

• Present and consolidate operational data, including Sales, Inventory, SR NSO, and Variance, for management reporting.
• Coordinate with stores and management to support operational activities.
• Understand and manage P&L (Profit & Loss) and inventory management, as well as operate POS (Point of Sales) systems.
• Prepare reports for Head Office using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Lead and coach teams, with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintain high mobility to travel between stores as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager or District Supervisor, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Experience in retail bakery, donut, or coffee shop is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willing to travel frequently between stores.
