Area Manager (Mindanao)

Role Purpose

Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within a specific area, ensuring they meet company objectives and maintain standards

Key Accountabilities

1.       Business Strategy

·       Monitor sales performance of the branches by clearly and concisely communicating the business and store objectives to Store Supervisors.

·       Identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.

2.       Stock Management

·       Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.

·       Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding the stocks in the area to maximize stock potential.

·       Oversee an adequate merchandise supplies and stocks inventories.

3.       Customer Engagement/Satisfaction

·       Implement safety and security control measures which include safety of employees; safety of customers/visitors/etc.; security against merchandise loss/damage/pilferage.

·       Ascertain customer satisfaction and continued patronage through efficient performance of customer service function.

4.       Store Operations

·       Oversee overall store operations of multiple branches and ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in operations, company policies and procedures.

·       Ensure consistent attainment of sales quotas/targets.

5.       People Management

·       Evaluate staff’s performance and ensure that company standards are maintained.

·       Facilitate and cascade communication across the store organization.

·       Manage, train, and develop the team to drive business performance.

Qualifications

·       Graduate of any 4-year course

·       Must have a managerial work experience in Sales or Store Operations

·       Experienced in handling multiple stores
