Area Manager (Multi Brands)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability across multiple stores to achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.
• Monitor store performance and implement action plans to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
• Oversee store operations to ensure excellence customer service and prestige brand image.
• Partner with Marketing, VM and Product teams to support product launches, promotions, inventory management and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead, coach and develop Shop-in -Charge and frontline teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure consistent brand execution across stores.
• Prepare sales and operational reports and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion retail operations
• More experience will be considered as Area Manager
• Experience in multi-brand specialty retail is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and CRM analysis
• Mature, hands-on and team-oriented; willing to travel within the region
• Proven leadership in frontline management and staff development.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel)
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good command of written and spoken English
