Area Manager - Multiple Gym Branches

Position: Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple Anytime Fitness branches within the assigned area.

• Monitor branch sales, membership acquisition, renewals, and other performance targets.

• Lead, coach, and motivate gym staff to improve performance and productivity.

• Conduct regular branch visits and monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operating standards.

• Analyze branch performance reports, sales results, membership data, and other operational reports.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships, sales, retention, and overall branch performance.

• Coordinate with management regarding staffing, branch requirements, promotions, operational concerns, and other business matters.

• Identify operational challenges and recommend appropriate solutions to management.

• Prepare regular reports and updates regarding the performance and operational status of assigned branches.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
• With 3–5 years of experience in operations, retail, fitness, hospitality, sales, or a similar supervisory/management role.
• Experience managing multiple branches, stores, gyms, or business locations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple branches and priorities.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to assigned gym branches.
