Area Manager (Negros)

• Conduct a minimum of two (2) in-person station audits per month and online audits as necessary.
• Monitor station operations and promptly address operational concerns.
• Coordinate with Station Operators to ensure smooth and efficient station operations.
• Monitor station activities and safeguard company assets, inventory, cash, and property.
• Coordinate station orders and ensure correct pricing and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent excessive deadstock.
• Ensure timely implementation of price changes and company directives.
• Consolidate station price surveys, P&L statements, and Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
• Ensure compliance with government permits, licenses, BIR requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate and monitor station maintenance concerns and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and overall station presentation.
• Monitor Station Operator performance and recommend appropriate training when necessary.
• Coordinate station concerns and activities with Business Managers and the Operations Head.
• Ensure station personnel comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the gasoline or petroleum industry.
• Strong knowledge of station operations, sales, inventory, and basic financial monitoring.
• Strong ethical standards and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
