Area Manager (Operation)

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all venues in the area
• Monitor, analyze, and create action plan for key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency)
• Implement strategies to improve venue performance and meet business goals
• Recruit, mentor, and develop venue managers to ensure high-performing teams
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Organize and lead area meetings, training sessions, and workshops
• Uphold TEEG’s service standards to create memorable guest experiences
• Address escalated guest issues promptly and professionally
• Drive initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction
• Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
• Analyze financial reports and implement actions to improve profitability
• Identify growth opportunities, including new venue openings and revenue streams
• Ensure all venues comply with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
• Conduct regular site visits to assess adherence to brand guidelines
• Work closely with the People and Culture, Marketing, IT teams to support venue operations
• Serve as the communication bridge between regional manager and individual venues

Job Requirements :

• Min. Holds Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in regional/multi-unit management, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industry
• Have ability to communicate in English is a MUST
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the area
• Passion for the entertainment and retail industry
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and financial targets
• Willing to be relocated and manage operations across Indonesia
