Area Manager (Q Bistro)

About the role
Join the Hajris Group of Companies' team as an Area Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple retail store locations to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Provide leadership and guidance to store managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and achievement of sales and profitability targets
• Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate strategies
• Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control measures across the assigned store locations
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement new initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Foster a positive work culture and provide coaching and development to store teams
• Identify and resolve any customer service or operational issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail store locations within the consumer products industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to drive operational improvements
• Proficient in interpreting and acting on performance data to make informed business decisions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various teams
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
