AREA Manager/ Regional Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure effective and smooth relationships with assigned distributors/clients in the region to drive consistent business growth.
• Responsible for prospecting and selling AIF & PMS products to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) through direct sales efforts and third-party distributors.
• Develop strong distribution relationships through continuous engagement, training programs, and value-added initiatives.
• Drive business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers, Senior RMs, and Regional Heads to enhance distributor participation.
• Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive AIF & PMS penetration in assigned territories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and investor behaviour to refine sales approach and identify new opportunities.
• Actively generate new sales while strengthening existing client relationships.
