Area Manager - Visayas

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-       Area Sales Performance

Monitors and reviews sales performance of all stores under him/her to determine if targets are met, and to make recommendations to address shortfall in sales.

-       Business Development

Analyzes market trends and preferences in order to strategically recommend potential areas for cart replacement

-       Inventory Management and Monitoring

Checks, monitors, and validate inventory and / or stock levels to ensure adequate and timely supply

-       Compliance to Company Policies and Procedures

Ensure staff compliance to company policies and procedures

-       Manpower Productivity and Motivation

Provides motivation and refresher programs, as well as constructive performance reviews to develop effective, high performing team

-       Reports and Documentation

Submit complete, accurate, and timely reports and other documentations as they may be required.
