Key responsibilities
- Oversee multiple BM-BMA according to coverage area
- Conduct market analysis, target allocation, stock data, demand forecasting and sales
- Visit branches within assigned authority
- Monitor branch operations and branch sales
- Identify new business opportunities and develop area marketing strategies
- Provide coaching and development to BM-BMA
About you
- Minimum S1 education in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor
- Leadership qualities and ability to lead teams
- Accustomed to working with targets
- Analytical, problem-solving, innovative and adaptive
- Responsible towards work
- Willing to undertake official travel according to coverage area
- Good communication and presentation skills
