What they need
- Monitors and manages day-to-day operations of various outlets within an assigned area.
- College Degree graduate in the field of business
- At least 5-years’ experience in a roving, audit, or supervisory role in the Food Industry
- Roving position
- Must be sales-driven with keen attention to detail
- Must be capable of multi-tasking and handling comprehensive daily tasks
- Area Officer is expected to be well-versed in multiple aspects of store operations including
o Human resource coordination and scheduling
o Communication and motivation of sales personnel
o Sales monitoring and analysis of operational drivers
o Customer service and recovery
o Cashiering, inventory, management, and monitoring
o Training and maintaining standard operating procedures
Willing to report for work daily at company head office, South Caloocan Monumento before heading to assigned branches.
