Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the area, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling stock levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of staff members to achieve business objectives through effective communication, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
