- Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management
- Planning marketing strategies with marketing department
- Experienced in building supply-chain and vendor negotiations for the brandFull knowledge on food equipments and machinery
- Knowledge on frozen bakery
- Expertise in setting offline/online delivery operations and logistics
- Planning new menu with Chefs and new product innovation.
