Area Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and results-driven Area Operations Manager to oversee the operational activities and performance of its outlets within the assigned area.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and a strong understanding of food service operations, team management, customer service, inventory control, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets.
• Ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations in line with company standards.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Supervise and support outlet managers and operational staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Monitor product quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and proper use of company resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience, with proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or locations will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
