About the role

The Area Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned regions, ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and operational goals are met. This role includes managing resources, optimizing performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations within the assigned area to meet company goals
• Monitor performance metrics, ensuring compliance with operational standards and targets
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any operational issues
• Supervise and guide the team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure that all operational processes are executed according to company policies and regulations

Qualification:

• College graduate, preferably in Business, Management, or related field
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience in operations management or related field is an advantage
