Area Operations Supervisor

1. Accountable for the area targets achievement as well as the future development and growth of

the entire branch and area operations through:

 Clear and Accurate Communications / Directions

 Checking and Assessing

 Recommending Improvements

 Coordinating with key people

 Use of EDAC (Explain-Demonstrate-Act-Critic)

 Giving feedback and Coaching

2. Ensures compliance to government mandates (BSP/AMLC requirements)

3. Ensures the day to day responsibility of Branch Operations Specialist are performed

4. Make sure that policies, memos, and standards are implemented over the operations of area

5. Accountable for maintaining a harmonious relationship within the area and other departments

based on core values

6. Conducts per branch and per area monthly business reviews with OIC

7. Responsible for Branch Operations Specialist daily branch assignment

8. Conducts monthly scorecard review, semi-annual performance appraisal, and annual

performance appraisal on Branch Operations Specialist

9. Ensures that action plans are progressively implemented and monitors achievement

10. Reports branch target achievement status to immediate superior, daily.

11. Resolves any branch/area related problems and keeps line of communication open with

branch operations specialist to ensure high employee morale and maintain professional

atmosphere.

12. Elevate Branch Operations Specialist engagement through connecting, modeling and involving

them on ways to accomplish their daily work output.

13. Must attend engagement activities, such as:

 Companywide events

 Area meetings

 Quarterly roadshows

 Engagement activities

 Teambuilding event

 Operations Management Meetings

14. Filters and handles all concerns and needs of the branch and coordinates with Point Person of

department concerned.

15. Cooperates and works with the Operations Management Group on the weekly performance

review and analysis of Area focused on revenue generating activities and programs.

16. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the

immediate superior.
