Area Representative

Area Representative manages the day-to-day operations of assigned consumer's home and community support services as well as the Direct Support Worker serving the consumers. The Area Rep. carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

• Scheduling and participating in quarterly meetings and related to consumer services.
• Reading daily progress notes
• Employee and consumer relations
• Some on the job training and development of staff
• Covering homes as needed and other duties as assigned
• The job requires you to be on call as need to assist and address both consumers and DSW needs.
• Supervise DSW's as well as Senior Team Leaders
• Weekly Face to Face and Monthly SIL Contacts
• Coordinate with Case Managers to attend Quarterly CPOC Meetings
• Complete performance evaluations for Direct Support Workers
• Monthly budgeting for SIL Consumers
• Development Plan of Care
• Weekly scheduling of DSW's
• Daily office hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
