About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Area Sales & Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple retail locations and ensure operational excellence, sales growth, and exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who enjoys working with people, driving performance, and traveling for regular store visits.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Operations Management

• Supervise assigned stores and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with business partners and internal departments to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop Travel Ambassadors and store personnel.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Sales Performance & Profitability

• Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability.
• Analyze product movement and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
• Conduct regular meetings with store personnel to drive performance.

Inventory Management

• Maintain healthy inventory levels and sales-to-inventory ratios.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Audit, and business partners for replenishment, transfers, and physical inventory schedules.
• Ensure timely stock availability across assigned locations.

Visual Merchandising & Marketing Execution

• Ensure products are properly displayed and marketing materials are effectively utilized.
• Implement promotional campaigns and programs in coordination with Marketing and business partners.
• Regularly refresh merchandise displays based on events, seasons, and store requirements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales, operations, and inventory performance.
• Provide recommendations based on sales and inventory analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, sales supervision, or area management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits.
• Experience in retail, fashion, travel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
