Area Sales Executive

We are looking for who have experience in General Trade/Retail Sales and having experience Entire South Delhi Market Location in FMCG Foods Company.

Primary & Secondary SALES:

To drive brand positioning and achieving primary & secondary targets through sales team and distributors.

Required - Who have experience in FMCG Foods company (Food or OIL Company)

Role & responsibilities:

COVERAGE:

• Identifying new distributors in the region.
• Assisting distributors to achieve their sales growth.
• Responsible for stocks and inventories at the distributor level and accordingly coordinate with HO for new dispatches.
• Address queries and concerns/resolution of disputes of distributors.
• Training of distributors
• Handling team of Sales Officer and driving them towards achieving the desired business targets for the region assigned**.**

Stockiest Performance:

• Stockiest ROI management
• Monitoring performance and motivating the Stockiest

MIS:

• Monthly primary & secondary plan
• Permanent journey plan
• Tour program
• Daily Sales Report
• Expenses Statement
• JC performance report

OTHER CRITERIA

Age up to 45 yr

Qualification Any Graduation (required)

Location - South Delhi

Geographical Coverage Should have handled areas of (South Delhi)

Industry FMCG

Experience Minimum 8 yrs.
