Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in toplining General Trade business within a defined zone/region.
• Hands-on experience in leading SO & ASE teams aligned with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
• In-depth understanding of the assigned territory and distributor landscape.
• Experience in developing and strengthening distributor networks.
• Functional knowledge of sales, marketing, and general trade operations.
• Ability to effectively engage and manage distributors.
