Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers interested in residential properties and flats in Mumbai.
• Understand customer requirements for Home Loans, Balance Transfer and other loan products.
• Contact customers through calls and follow-ups to generate business opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers, real estate sales teams, builders and loan processing teams.
• Explain basic loan eligibility, documentation requirements and available loan options.
• Collect and verify documents required for loan processing.
• Follow up on pending documents and application requirements until sanction and disbursement.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on loan applications.
• Maintain records of leads, customer details, follow-ups and sales conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales and loan-disbursement targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred.
• Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Hindi and English required; Marathi preferred.
• Graduates preferred; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Experience in loan sales, banking, finance, real estate, DSA or tele-sales will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and computer operations.
• Comfortable with customer meetings, follow-ups and field coordination.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
