Job Description

We are looking for a target-oriented Area Sales Manager to help customers find suitable properties and drive sales. The role involves customer interaction, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls, virtual meetings, and site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Present property options and encourage customers to attend site visits.
  • Negotiate with clients and help close property deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Cross-sell NoBroker services wherever applicable.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on property prices, market trends, inventory, and customer demand.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
Sales experience; real estate experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills
Good local market knowledge
Target-oriented and customer-focused
Own vehicle – 2-wheeler/4-wheeler preferred
English + Hindi + local language
Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends
