Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for advanced diagnostic and genomics lab tests across Pune.
• KOL & Specialist Engagement: Map, connect with, and build strategic relationships with key Oncologists, Neurologists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in top hospitals and clinics.
• Sample Volume & Market Penetration: Drive consistent sample generation for specialized genomics, oncology, and neurology panels through regular clinical detailings and value presentations.
• Market Intelligence & Territory Mapping: Continuously gather market insights, track competitor activity, and identify untapped clinical accounts and healthcare networks within the Pune region.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics, lab operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless sample pickup, timely report delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
• Doctor Engagement Programs: Plan and execute CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), round-table discussions, and clinical product presentations to highlight Karkinos' diagnostic capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 7 Years of progressive experience in Diagnostic/Genomics sales, Speciality Pharma, or

Oncology/Neurology sales.
