Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve monthly targets for insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, agro chemicals, crop protection products, and agri-business solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on competitor activity.
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or related field (agriculture sales).
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of agriculture marketing principles and practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
