Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop and manage dealer networks for grills, railings, and architectural products across Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will drive channel sales, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint and develop new dealers and channel partners
• Increase sales through dealers and project business
• Handle architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Support dealers with quotations, inquiries, and closures
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
• Maintain dealer relationships and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations for smooth order execution
• Update CRM reports and sales pipeline regularly

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Dealer network development expertise
• Knowledge of grills, railing systems & building materials
• Sales planning, reporting & market analysis ability
• Experience in channel sales/project sales

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream
• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
