• Area Sales Manager (ASM): Up to 12 LPA | Age 39
• Senior Relationship Manager (SRM): Up to 6 LPA | Age 30–35

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business
• Manage & expand DSA, connector & builder networks
• Lead and mentor Sales Officers/Executives to achieve targets
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams
• Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency

Eligibility

• Proven track record in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales
• Strong networking & relationship management skills
• Leadership ability with team handling experience
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
