Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective field sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling merchant acquiring services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in direct sales or fintech sales with a focus on merchant acquiring or merchant onboarding.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful team handling and leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as credit cards, wallets, etc., including their features and benefits.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; fluency in English required.
