Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and business development of OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks for channel expansion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and increase market share.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
• Conduct product promotions and market activation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in sales of Tyres, Batteries, Automotive Products, Engineering Goods, Lubricants, or related industries.
• Strong experience in dealer network management and channel sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Result-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prepare sales reports, MIS, and analyze sales data.
