JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales targets.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Generate new leads through field visits, dealer networks, referrals, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations teams for smooth project execution
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
